Privacy policy
How we handle information collected through this website.
What this policy covers
This policy explains how Swastik Hospital, Veraval handles information collected through this website. It does not cover the medical records we keep as part of your treatment, which are governed by medical confidentiality and Indian law.
Information this website collects
This website does not run a database and does not store form submissions. The appointment form assembles the details you type into a WhatsApp message that you then choose to send. Until you send it, the information stays on your own device.
Our hosting provider may keep standard technical logs, such as the page requested, the time and a general location derived from an IP address. These logs are used to keep the site running and secure.
Information you send us
If you contact us by phone, WhatsApp or the appointment form, we use what you tell us to respond to your request, schedule your visit and provide treatment. We do not sell it, and we do not share it with anyone outside the hospital except where treatment or the law requires it.
Medical confidentiality
Clinical information about a patient is shared only with that patient, with the family member accompanying them where appropriate, with clinicians involved in their care, and where a court or statute requires disclosure.
Third party services
Pages on this site embed a Google Map and link to WhatsApp and Instagram. When you interact with those, the respective companies receive data under their own privacy policies. We do not control that and we receive nothing from it.
Photographs
We do not publish a patient's photograph, name or clinical details on this website or on social media without that patient's explicit permission.
Your choices
You may ask us what information we hold about you, ask for a correction, or ask us to stop contacting you. Call +91 83202 94081 or speak to the reception desk.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version will be published on this page.
